1. Limited Warranty Coverage

YANLAM offers a 30-day limited warranty on all products purchased directly from our website.

During the warranty period, we will replace or refund items that have:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Functional defects not caused by misuse

This warranty applies only to products purchased from YANLAM and does not cover third-party purchases.


2. What the Warranty Covers

The limited warranty covers:

  • Defective parts or components

  • Items that fail under normal usage

  • Products that arrive damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

YANLAM will determine whether a product requires replacement, repair, or refund.


3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage due to improper handling or storage

  • Loss, theft, or fire damage

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Damage caused during return shipment due to poor packaging

Products returned that do not meet our warranty criteria may be rejected.

5. Warranty Remedies

If your warranty claim is approved, YANLAM may offer one of the following solutions:

We may send a new replacement product at no cost.

b. Refund

A refund may be issued to the original payment method if replacement is not available.

c. Store Credit

At your request, you may receive a store credit instead of a refund.

YANLAM reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy.


6. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims

  • For approved defects or damaged items, return shipping is free.

  • For items found not defective, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees.


7. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage

  • The item has been disassembled or altered

  • The damage resulted from improper installation

  • Non-original parts were used

  • Warranty request contains false or misleading information


8. Proof of Purchase Required

Warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase from YANLAM, such as:

  • Order confirmation email

  • Receipt

  • Invoice

Without proof of purchase, we cannot process warranty claims.


9. Limitation of Liability

YANLAM’s liability under this Warranty Policy is limited to:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

We are not responsible for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Loss of time, profits, or business

  • Any costs associated with installation or removal
